SUPERIOR EDGING

Perfect edge finish and strong, long lasting seal

  • ABS, PVC & MELAMINE EDGING: Applied to melamine boards which have been cut to size and usually matching the board décor. We use 0.4mm, 1mm or 2mm thick edge banding tapes and we can edgeband boards from 6mm up to 60mm thick.

  • VENEER & MULTILAYER VENEER EDGING: Applied to various species of veneered boards.

  • HIGH GLOSS & FANCY DESIGNER EDGING: Acrylic faced high gloss MDF boards and lacquer-sprayed melamine boards or other decors where a fancy finish is required.

Our hot-melt glue edge-banding machinery, equipped with pre-milling and corner rounding stations provides a perfect edge finish and strong, long lasting seal. Our expertise and technology ensures a high standard of edge banding service.
